GYLA Refund Policy


GYLA understands that sometimes there may be a request for a refund on fees paid for registration.  

The following refund policy will be in effect for the upcoming lacrosse season:
Prior to February 1st:
    All registration fees will be refunded less a $10.00 service charge.
February 1st to April 1st:
       50% of registration fees will be refunded.
After April 1st:
    There will be no refunds issued. 

All refund requests must be in writing and sent to:

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENT/GUARDIAN AND NOT A COACH TO NOTIFY THE GYLA FOR REFUNDS. 

REFUNDS WILL BE MADE BASED ON THE DATE OF THE REQUEST TO REGISTRATION.
