REFEREE INFORMATION

Boys Referee Schedule

 You will find the contact inforamtion for the referee(s) for your game on the Boys Referee Contact List.

It is the responsibility of the home team to supply referees, therefore, if you have a cancellation or a game time change you MUST inform the referee for that game about the changes.

If a referee was not notified and the game is not played we will still owe the referee. You should have referee packets that were provided in order to pay the referees for each game.

It is also the responsibility of the Team Parent to call a few days prior to the game to confirm game, the time, the location and the referee if it is a home game.  If for some reason the referee cannot make it, they are supposed to find a replacement, however do not rely on this and call or email the Boys Coordinator, Rob Tepley.

Girls Referee Schedule

It is the responsibility of the home team to supply referees, therefore if you have a cancellation or a game time change, you MUST inform the referee for that game about the changes.

If an umpire was not notified and the game is not played we will still owe the referee.  Susan Ireland is the Referee Coordinator for GYLA. If you have questions, please contact Susan at The coaches pay the referees at the end of each game.

It is also the responsibility of the Team Parent to call the Coach or Team Manager of the opponent a few days prior to the game to confirm game, the time, and the location of the game. 

If a referee does not show up to the game, please contact Susan Ireland at 203-530-1219 so that the situation can be rectified.
